Introduction:
The PS2I-D rotor concrete spraying machine has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. It is a miniature spraying machine specially designed for refractory materials and new thin spraying materials.
It is widely used in the spraying construction of concrete in tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower projects, underground projects and coal mine swamp mine tunnels.
working principle
The structure of the PS2I-D rotor concrete spraying machine is shown in Figure 1. The mixed materials are fed into the hopper of the jet machine from the discharging port of the batching mixer (or manually mixed and loaded), injected into the T-shaped inner cavity of the rotor, and swirled with the rotor to the discharge port, where it flows from the air chamber to Pass in compressed air,
Blow the material into the discharge elbow to scatter, accelerate and float the material into the feeding pipe. When it reaches the nozzle, a small amount of supplementary water is added and sprayed out.
Machine structure
The PS2I-D rotor concrete spraying machine is mainly composed of a driving device, a rotor assembly, a gas circuit system, a spraying system, an electrical system and other parts.
The machine adopts a unique T-shaped rotor inner cavity, which improves the machine's material handling capacity and reduces the workload of cleaning and maintenance. Made of high-grade alloy tool steel, with overall quenching hardness HRC48-54 and long service life.
Combining plate: There are two pieces, upper and lower, made of special rubber pressed on the skeleton plate. It has good wear resistance and excellent sealing effect.

A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
