KBS Series Shotcrete Pump Long Distance Large Aggregate Concrete Spraying For Pool
Introduction:
Full-hydraulic control system is the fronting technology in international machinery. Model KBS-8A Full Hydraulic Pumping Wet Shotcrete Machine is used to pump or spray the suitable concrete by conveying pipe to the working surface.
This modern construction equipment is widely applied in hydroelectric works, subway, tunnel, culvert, high building, coal mine, port and other engineering construction that needs concrete or grout pumping and spraying. In addition, this machine can also be used for external-soil spray seeding and conveying coal slime, sludge and other semi-fluid.
* continuously adjustable flux (stepless speed change).
* adjustable accelerator adding volume (stepless speed change within 0~9%)
* low consumption of equipment parts: main wearing parts can spray for not less than 3000m3 (10 times longer than the service life of rotary-piston wet shotcrete machine)
* centralized lubrication system effectively prolongs the service life of wearing parts.
* long spraying distance: the maximal spraying distance is up to 200m horizontally and 80m vertically.

1. Q: Which pump model should we choose?
A: To recommend the most suitable model, please let us know your requirements and the details of your project, then will give you the professional suggestions soon.
2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?
A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.
Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.
3. Q: Can we have customized model?
A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.
4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if any operation procedure is unclear.
5. Q: What should we do if there are some problems with the machine?
A: The Operate Instruction will help with routine maintenance and common problems.

A: Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment;
